• 材料费每学期交付一次。

• 如果你在学期第一周内退课，剩余学费可以退还。第一周后，将不予退还任何学费。材料费和注册费不可退款。

• 在收到注册费之前，您的名额不能保证；除非您在一个学期内中断学习超过两个月，否则无需重新注册。

• 请假请提前24小时告知老师。

• 我们不提供单独补课，下次课老师会把缺课的讲义、作业和课堂材料补发给学生，学生可以复习材料，尝试完成作业，有问题老师会帮助解答。

Policy

• The material fee needs to be paid once per semester.

• A refund for the remaining tuition is available if you withdraw within the first week of the semester. After the first week, no tuition refunds will be issued. Material fee and registration fee are not refundable.

• Your spot is not secured until the registration fee is received; re-registration is not required unless your attendance is interrupted for a period exceeding two months within a semester.

• Please inform the teacher 24 hours in advance if you need to take a leave of absence. 

• We do not offer make-up lessons. However, the teacher will provide the student with the missed handouts, homework, and class materials at the next class. Students can then review the materials, try doing the homework, and let the teacher know if they need a little extra help getting caught up.
